Time of Controlled Possession

I measure the length of controlled ball possession stopping the clock every time [1] the ball is kicked [2] the referee blows the whistle [3] the ball goes into touch [4] try is scored [5] team loses possession. Please notice that the TCP differs slightly from the standard ball-in-play time.
